It depends on your goals, for deeper treatment we recommend being a little closer, such as 6 inches, for skin and surface benefits you can be further away. It’s important to make sure that light penetrates deeply enough into tissues for effective results. Please check with your healthcare provider to make sure that red light therapy is a good fit for you before starting.

It always depends on your goals but you could start 10–20 minutes sessions while standing 8 –12 inches away. When first beginning red light therapy, we suggest starting at 5 minutes and working your way up very gradually, as some people benefit more from shorter sessions while others need longer treatments.  Use time and distance consistently for best results but feel free to change based on the results you’re seeing for yourself.

You could spend about 5–10 minutes per treatment area. Move slowly if you're treating multiple zones, but don’t overdo it as well. That perfect balance will be found only by your own response.

Great for pain relief, fine lines, acne, joint inflammation, or skin texture issues in specific areas like the face, neck, or knees.

You may notice better sleep or energy, reduced pain and in some cases immediate improvements in conditions that may involve inflammation. For visible skin improvements or deeper recovery, expect 3–6 weeks of regular use.
